Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase

· Eligibility: Customers are entitled to return items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for reasons unrelated to product quality, provided that the item remains in a condition suitable for resale.

· Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and documentation.

· Return Process: Before returning the item, please email our customer service at contact@upgradessd.com. After confirmation, we will provide the return address.

· Return Shipping Costs: For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer; for quality-related returns, shipping costs are covered by us.
